Contact Centre Team Manager(Up To £25k + Benefits)

Contact Centre Team Manager - Watford, 12 month FTC, upto £25k + shift allowance + bonus + benefits. My client, a leader in the leisure and interactive gaming industry is looking to recruit a Contact Centre Team Manager, needed to performance manage a team of Customer Service Advisors to maximise retailer activity to increase revenue. Key responsibilities will include: people management lead and direct a team of Customer Advisors to achieve targets. Process management manage and improve the performance of operational process and practices. Operational management manage escalations and complaints, manage work queues etc. Administration maintain and manage documents. Key skills/experience needed: Degree educated. Knowledge of MS Office applications to produce documents and spreadsheets. Knowledge of CRM solutions (eg SAP, ONYX). Knowledge of workforce management tools. Understand employment law.
