SAP HR Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Functional Consultant required for a position with a consulting company, location optional: home based plus 60% travelling involved (fixed term contract). The ideal candidate must have: experience in functional configuration and analysis of the SAP modules; payroll, and/or compensation, and/or benefits; unsurpassed oral and written communication skills, being able to tailor communications to both technical and non-technical audiences as needed (documentation skills are a top priority). Experience documenting client/system process flows, system architecture, database specifications, service levels, reporting requirements; strong management skills to ensure requirements are executed on time and are fully documented; experience in the area of SAP HCM (payroll, compensation, benefits) and outsourcing areas; knowledge of SAP solution and implementation across a global client with EMEA countries, would be beneficial; proven project management ability and possesses advanced performance engineering skills (ie, ability to predict and build performance into systems rather than doing it later). Projects in a number of locations: Netherland, Belgium, Germany, UK and Ireland.
