My client, a leading telecoms company has an excellent opportunity to join their market leading company as a Retail Employee Relations Consultant. This is a contract role will be travelling in the East of England. The successful Consultant will be responsible for looking after approximately 80 retail stores, 5 Regional Managers and approximately 600 employees. You will give appropriate advice on employment law and best practice for the situation. You will work with groups of employees, union representatives and Line Managers. Candidates should have an employee relations background in a retail/fast moving consumer goods/leisure/hotel chain/multi site call centre environment.
