The Belgium office in Namur are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to start ASAP. You will be leading the operations department for Belgium/Luxembourg and the assigned countries within emerging markets, driving operational excellence across the operations and assigned portfolios with a key focus to collect more, collect faster, broaden the service coverage and improve the partner network delivery. You will grow the business through broader. You will manage the reporting of the improvement in success ratio, average life time of cases and Lawyer Debt Collector effectiveness and oversee the consolidation of this information for group reporting purposes.
