To lead implementation consulting projects in the UK our client has a need for a senior fund accounting systems professional. This opportunity provides the prospect to work for a well respected and successful global provider of investment software systems. Due to global sales success and growth, they are expanding their client consulting team in London with the appointment of a Fund Accounting Systems Project Manager to play the lead role in servicing their growing UK & Ireland client base. This is a key hire which is about managing client relationships and successfully leading the delivery of implementations made up of client and vendor resources. Appropriate candidates will have: experience in a fund accounting systems consulting or implementation project management role for a software vendor, consultancy or financial institution. Good business and systems knowledge in the fund accounting domain is required, with experience of any of the following competing investment accounting systems: InvestOne (SunGard), ICON or Chorus (LineData), HiPortfolio or Paladign (DST International), PAM (Princeton), Multifonds (IGEFI), CAMRA or FMC Pacer (SS&C), Dimension (Simcorp), Quasar (Misys/Rhymes), Geneva (Advent) or similar in house systems etc. Must be comfortable running a large and complex implementation projects. Strong customer focus and interfacing ability, with excellent client management skills.
