Support Analyst - asset management - London - £30k-£40k. Our client is a leading asset management company based in the heart of London's financial district. They are currently seeking a Support Analyst to work within the applications support team. The team are responsible for the supporting a number of in-house developed systems as well as a range of third party/vendor solutions and applications. You will be responsible for managing the team support call routing system, acting as primary contact for a number of Windows based vendor applications, assisting in the resolution of both application and business issues. Essential skills: exposure to supporting complex systems on a number of different platforms (Windows Applications). Enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Strong problem analysis and investigative skills. Good interpersonal skills. Experience in problem/issue management - on both technical and user/process basis detailed understanding of the Windows operating system and a Scripting language. NIce to have: any formal securities and/or investment management recognised qualifications. Good understanding of Equity/Fixed Income Order Management and electronic trading and market settlement.
