One the leading employers within the UK of approximately 50,000 employees and strong coverage across the UK and Republic of Ireland have a number of roles within their business led IT function. We are looking for a Brand Architect to develop the architecture model for a companybrand which is consistent and integrated with the company's group standards and takes into account the applications currently in operation. Works with the IS management team to agree the level of architectural support required on each project and the most appropriate resource(s) to allocate. Provide guidance and support to project teams on the approaches, techniques, standards and tools available for the delivery of architecture to support business projects. Assist the resolution of any design issues in their brand area within the projects/programmes without diminishing the deliverables on any given project. The successful candidate will have experience of designing Enterprise-wide application architectures. Identify, describe and define best practice for the principles of business architecture including data, process and technical elements. The successful candidate will have responsibililty for the production of architecture that reflects design decisions taken by project teams and perform, or facilitate analysis methodologies, including the application design life cycle etc. Benefits include company/pool car or cash equivalent, company bonus, pension, health cover etc.
