Role/company: global telecommunications company currently seeks a Business Analyst who has experience working in the Process Change Arena. About you: to apply you will have experience of major change programmes and operational process improvement. You will also have Business Analyst experience preferably in a telecommunications related field. Any experience you have working within the process re-engineering arena with either Data, Bandwidth, Voice product or managed service experience would be highly desirable. It is essential that you have previously worked in one of the telecommunications functions marketing, sales, service delivery, customer service or billing.
