IT Trainer - London - is required for our top five law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and presenting all levels of 'hands-on' training to Lawyers, Secretaries and support staff using a diversity of training methods, including relevant classroom examples and exercises. To be successful in your application, you will have a strong background in training including classroom training, walkabout (desk-side support) and presentations to large audiences and experience in planning and developing course content, participation materials and training delivery styles for PC based (network and singular installation) software applications. You will also have experience within a legal training environment team where a document management system has been implemented and a strong background with the following: Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP operating system, advanced skills in Microsoft Office XP or 2003 suite, Document Management (ideally Interwoven), Practice Management System (ideally CMS), Document comparison software (eg Deltaview), Remote Dial in methodologies to enable email synchronisation and offline working and in the use of Digital Dictation Software (eg Big Hand Total Speech).
