We need a very experienced Internet Commercial Manager in consumer banking to drive a step change in online sales performance for consumer banking brands of this £60+ million turnover division of one of the worlds largest banking groups. You will have experience in this role and sit firmly in the Web space. We need someone that knows how to utilise the traffic through our various retail baking Websites to maximise conversion and cross selling and raise the profile on the Web. You will have lots of experience in a massive organisation within financial services and have ideas as to how we can achieve this. We ideally also need P&L and Matrix management experience and naturally you will be credible in front of senior stakeholders. Expert in e-Marketing, usability, accessibility, design, analytics, customer and market research. Working with e-marketing, digital design, IT. and Business developing sales strategies to maximise/improve success of online sales. Strong track record in driving superior Internet sales performance consumer banking products (loans, current accounts, savings, mortgages) targeted at UK personal customers. We are looking for a contractor in the short term as we expect the right person to be on a notice period but this is a permanent vacancy so contract to permanent is a possibility or straight contract in the interim. I'm unsure of a job title so I expect you will be a Head of Internet sales, Senior Online Marketing Manager/Senior Account Director or some.
