My client based in London require a Business Solutions Manager to develop and manage relationships with Key Stakeholders within the business and translate business strategy into IT requirements. The successful candidate will lead a team of Business Solutions Analysts ensuring effective requirement capture. You will also work closely with the PMO and training functions making sure prioritisation, risk, impact and user training is in line with business expectations, and communicate any issues or changes back to the business effectively. To be considered for the role you will have an analysis background with expert liaising and stakeholder management skills. You will also have managed and developed teams, setting targets and monitoring progress.
