Professional services/practice management/central banking/Head of Professional Services/Professional services Director/Financial Services/Software/London/150k. Based in the City the role will be responsible for sales and project planning and resource allocation, scoping, financials, project delivery, management of the professional services client team, development and people management. You will need to demonstrate experience in central banking, full profit and loss resource ownership of a service level business, this will need to be above 20M turnover level. You will be have experience in working with partners and delivering in a direct partner mode, alongside implementing tight controls and processes for scaleable businesses. You will need experience in public and/or central banking as the process flow is different to corporate banking and T1 sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in at varying levels that will demonstrate their ability in operating and facilitating all aspects supporting scoping, selling and implementing complex software solutions. You will be able to demonstrate the ability of remote working where development is undertaken in a different location. You will have practice management experience and most importantly be from a banking, financial services, treasury, and software background.
