Consultancy based in London is seeking a Lead Storage Technical Consultant. The job purpose is to design and deploy technical solutions. Key responsibilities include: undertake consultancy assignments, analysing customer requirements, gathering and analysing data and recommending solutions; manage the design and implementation of solutions; ensure consistency of high standards using project methodologies; act as a team leader for Consultants; attend workshops/meeting; work as part of a team on large solutions; assist with pre-sales enquires etc. you must have a minimum of 2 premier accreditations around storage technologies HP; ability to design complex large scale technical solutions; input into bid, project and technical documents; time management and negotiation skills with the following skills: SANs HP, EMC, Sun, HDS, IBM, HP; NAS, iSCSI, IPSAN, Symmetrix, DMX, Fibre Channel solutions such as Brocade; tape libraries HP, IBM; Backup solutions Veritas Netbackup, BackupExec, CommVau high availability and disaster recover solutions Veritas Clustering, Microsoft Clustering, data replication solutions; Server hardware technology; Server management solutions and Microsoft infrastructure solution etc. This is an excellent opportunity please apply for more information.
