Process Analysts required by law firm. To operate processes (problem, change, release/testing and asset/configuration management) in line with approved appropriate best practice, escalating any major priority or quality issue to the IT Control Manager. You will create test plans for projects, create and execute test scripts, manage and administer the test environment, write and update effective test procedures and policies, use automated test tools, including Rational Robot. You will also participate in the process of improving operational service and removing//mitigating against areas of risk to operational service, be a champion for emerging standards - ITIL/Cobit, produce appropriate stats/KPI's on changes, problems and incidents and maintain trend information, compile by-weekly service reports, create reports out of Assyst, Net-IQ, SMS and other MIS tools and conduct QA of projects, processes and change requests and coordinate responses to external audits.
