Product Manager - E-business, banking - London. Product Manager - E-business, banking - London. Skills & exp: in the financial services industry, developing specifications for technology products, ability to understand & discuss technical issues, proven ability to communicate with a multitude of business owners at various levels of the organisation, exp in bug/issue tracking software, excellent written & verbal communication skills, exp in Quality Assurance or Business Analysis background. Exp in inter-dealer broking or electronic trading is highly desirable. Competencies: client focus, communication, & ownership. The successful candidate has overall responsibility for ensuring the successful development of the companies inter-dealer platform for the London market. This includes: product development: working with department Heads & Technology Manager to prioritise new functionality requests. Communicating product specs to the tech team & working proactively throughout the development cycle to ensure that development is in line with specs. Performing UAT for all newly requested functionality prior to its system wide distribution of these changes. Logging all system design flaws & issues in the company's bug tracking system & prioritising them in accordance with release initiatives. Ensuring that brokers, Account Managers, & operations are prepared & demoed for new releases.
