An experienced 2nd line Support Engineer is required for an international law firm based in the City of London. The purpose of the role is to provide deskside and telephone support of the IT systems. The successful candidate should have good PC problem solving experience with excellent technical knowledge of Win 2000/XP, AD, Exchange and MS Office suite. Candidates will ideally be from a legal background with experience of Document management systems and digital dictation software. The candidate must be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to work as part of a team and under there own initiative. The salary is circa 29k pa subject to experience, and is a 6 months fixed term contract.
