IT Training Manager required for leading City law firm. You will be responsilble and manage IT Training Staff and all functions, training, courseware, rollouts and budget responsibility. Overall responsibility for the firms training strategy, delivery and mentoring of internal trainers. This position will have responsibility and management of a busy team, managing international projects and general day to day management of the training function. This is a new position which will enable you to input many of your experiences and ideas that you may have been limited in your current or previous position. It is an exciting time to join the firm as they have numerous projects currently which will test your project delivery skills from the off. To be successful you will have a proven track record as a Training Manager within a professional services company.
