Our client is seeking a HR Team Leader to act as the HR lead for the clients implementation of the new Electronic Staff Record (ESR) System ensuring all project deadlines are met and any risks are highlighted to the Project Board and Group Project Manager. Manage the HR aspects of the local implementation and in particular to undertake data migration and user trailing. Responsible for the management of the existing system (IPS) and any interim database, to ensure that the system is continually maintained, that all data input and loaded onto ESR is accurate. Project manage the implementation of new ESR System, in accordance with requirements of TPCT, McKesson, SHA and DH Implement the HR related change (organisation and processes) activities.
