The successful Support Analyst.ideally have experience in a law firm. Must have experience of PC support, Win 95/98/NT/2000/XP, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange 5.5/ 2000/2003. Experience within the following is preferable - Lucent/Avaya Definity telephony system, document management systems, digital dictation and integrated products such as AVST, Rightfax, Interaction. SQL.
