The client are a market leader and their products revolve around CRM software and document management software such as interaction. The role of Software Support Analyst will see you resolve highly complex issues raised by law firms after their own support teams could not find resolution, it will involve looking into what external issues could be affecting the problem such as infrastructure, Exchange Server, Windows Server etc. For your application to be considered for the role of Software Support Analyst you will be from a support background involving high levels of SQL knowledge. The ideal candidate will be from a legal background and will have excellent interaction support experience.
