Training Manager required by my top 20 law international firm client to manage the entire training function, deliver training projects and create the training strategy. The Training Manager role will see you responsible for line management of the Trainers, project managing all ongoing IT projects within a department experiencing a high level of change, piloting new technologies to be used by the firm, managing the training budget and working with R on learning and development strategy. The client are one of the top law firms who are currently growing rapidly, they have a large volume of projects due to the company going through a complete systems overhaul and they place a large amount of emphasis on career development. For your application to be successful you must be an experienced legal IT Trainer who has delivered high level courses within law firms for more than 3 years, with 2+ years training leadership/management experience.
