Senior Sales Executive(65k-£90k + Substantial Commission)

Our client is a fast growing provider of managed IT security and allied consultancy services. They need a key individual to spearhead the growth of this business in London. The ideal candidate will combine the drive and enthusiasm to achieve personal targets and the maturity and strategic vision to guide the rest of their team. Accountabilities/ responsibilities: ensuring profit and revenue targets are met with minimum cost implications. Defining and agreeing specific account sales strategy Inputting into marketing strategy. Updating and ensuring consistency in reporting processes. Essential skills & attributes: track record in outperforming sales targets. Good working knowledge in IT sector. Good commercial/business awareness. Proven track record of growing and generating new business in large accounts. Network of senior IT contacts in key financial and/or legal accounts within Scotland. Experience of operating in financial accounts within Scotland. Track record of completing/finishing. Preferred skills & attributes: understanding of IT security marketplace. Experience in managed service sales. Involvement in marketing planning. The selected candidate can expect an excellent package which will potentially include stock options.
