IT Training Manager - London. We are seeking an IT Training Manager to join a City law firm. This position reports to the Learning and Development Manager and will be responsible for the day to day management of the IT training staff and associated functions. The objective of this role is to oversee and co-ordinate internal and external IT training provision, ensuring that the training meets the needs of the individual whilst taking into account the objectives of the firm worldwide. Overall management duties include strategic planning, project management, budgeting, cost analysis, risk management and the career development of training team. We envisage this individual to have relevant industry experience ideally gained from a strong history of working within a law firm and/or professional services. This individual will act as a Consultant to the business, support and add weight to the overall strategies from the learning and development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is seeking a strategic yet hands on role that offers the opportunity to not only manage a team but also move the L&D training department forward. The successful candidate should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven people management skills, commercial awareness, experience working in and facilitating change management, experience facilitating project roll-outs, innovative and creative skills.
