Excellent opportunity to join one of London's leading global law firms as there Senior IT Training Manager. Your role will be to oversee and coordinate internal and external IT training provision, manage IT training staff and provide strategic planning and design, project management, budgeting, cost analysis, risk management and the career development of the training team. Duties will include the project management of firm wide roll out projects, devise and conduct training courses including the writing of in house manuals. Improve the firm's portfolio of training programmes. Have a good knowledge of current software packages and make recommendation of proposed implantation. Evaluate new products for suitability for use by the firm. Technologies include iManage, PC Docs, MS Office 2003, Carpe Diem, Laser forms, Outlook, Interaction, Detaview. You will need to possess strong leadership skills, have the ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple projects, have a proven successful track record in a similar role.
