My client is an executive non-departmental public body sponsored by, but operationally independent of the home office. They are looking for Business Requirements Analyst, who can deliver a comprehensive set of business statements centered on information search and retrieval capability, suitable for issue to a supplier and a comprehensive business requirements specification and functional specification, documenting the organisation's needs in respect of electronic document and records management (EDRMS). For this role the following skills and knowledge are essential: proven practical experience of a range of activities required upon one or more significant data migration/warehousing/search & retrieval projects and/or EDRMS projects. Practical experience of business requirements capture and articulation, workshopping/facilitation and user verification techniques. Practical experience in the development, maintenance and use of business analysis products. Ability to mentor colleagues in the principle and practical, use of business analysis techniques and product creation.
