Joining a City based law firm as their IT Training Manager. You will manage a team of 3 IT Trainers reporting into the Head of IT. You will develop the firm's training strategy, conduct training needs analysis, design training programs and training material as well as some hands on training when required. You will assess trends in helpdesk reports and evaluate the effectiveness of training. To apply you need to have managed a training team in a MS Office 2003 environment and have experience with the whole training life cycle. Previous law firm experience would be a preference but failing this a similar professional services/partnership environment is required.
