Joining this award winning national law firm, you will be based in their London office working as part of their IT helpdesk team. You will provide first class 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support (70% helpdesk and 30% deskside) supporting the firm's applications and hardware. Dealing with calls and emails you will log the queries using the firm's call logging software and then working to the defined procedures you will record, resolve where possible, update and track status through to resolution. The firm prides itself on it's culture so to apply to join this great team, you need previous experience working as a Helpdesk Analyst (some of which needs to be within a legal environment) supporting MS Office 2000 or 2003 applications to an advanced level. A basic hardware knowledge is required and experience supporting legal applications such as Imanage, Elite, Carpe Diem preferred.
