Helpdesk Analyst required for a leading international law firm to provide 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 150 users. You will have excellent customer service skills and previous experience supporting MS Office and Windows XP. Previous experience with call-logging systems is an advantage. This is a key role in a small team, working for a high-profile, professional services firm. The position will run until the end of April 08 and is available to contractors or those wishing to work on a pro-rata basis.
